When an institution grants your student an 'Unconditional Offer', you and the student will be sent an email with the offer letter attached. The offer letter will also be stored within your account; you can view it by clicking on the blue reference number in the first column of your application.

If you wish to accept the offer, you must send the student's deposit payment to the institution.

Uni-Pay is the quickest, most convenient, and safest method to pay, if your partner institution is registered to it. Once an application is at the ‘Unconditional Offer’ status, you can make a deposit payment via Uni-Pay by clicking on the ‘Update’ button on the application, which will display a unique Uni-Pay link and other payment options; this link and the other payment options will also be sent with the offer letter.

Once the deposit payment has been approved and recorded, the application status will automatically update to ‘Deposit Paid’.

No visa

At this point you must wait for the institution to update the application. If the student is not applying for a visa, you can now click ‘Update’ to upload the details of their travel and arrival plans, which will enable the institution to track and support them through immigration.

Student Visitor visa

If the student is studying as a Student Visitor, the institution may send their Sponsor letter after their deposit payment is approved. A CAS letter may then be sent; the student must take these to the relevant authorities for processing. You must inform the institution of the outcome of the student's visa application by clicking 'Update'; if the visa is refused, the Sponsor or CAS letter may be reissued or withdrawn. If the student is successful, you can click ‘Update’ on the application to upload the details of their travel and arrival plans, which will enable the institution to track and support them through immigration.

Tier 4 (general) visa

If the student is applying for Tier 4 (general) visa, they may be sent their CAS letter after their deposit payment has been approved. Alternatively, your partner institution may require you to provide financial evidence to support their application. By clicking ‘Update’, you can submit the necessary documentation on behalf of your student. The institution will then be alerted to this update; if approved, they may send the student a CAS letter.

The student must take this to the relevant authorities for processing. You must inform the institution of the outcome of the visa application by clicking 'Update'; if the visa is refused, the CAS letter may be reissued or withdrawn.
