Once an applicant’s application has obtained the status ‘CAS issued’, the institution has completed processing their application and has sent a CAS letter. The CAS letter should have been sent to the email accounts you and the applicant have linked with Centurus | ONE. It will also be available to view when clicking on the blue reference number on the application.




Once the applicant has received the CAS letter, you must follow the instructions provided in the email from the institution. This letter should be taken to the relevant authorities to process the applicant’s visa.

It is very important that you update your institution with the outcome of the visa application as soon as possible. You can do this within Centurus | ONE by clicking ‘Update’, confirming the visa outcome and clicking ‘Submit’.




Once you have completed this stage, you can upload the details of the student’s confirmed travel arrangements by clicking ‘Update’. Adding as much information as possible is very important as it enables your institution to track and support the student through immigration.
