If an institution has issued a 'Conditional Offer', this means that the student has not yet met the full requirements for an 'Unconditional Offer'. The institution will send you correspondence confirming this offer, and outlining the necessary conditions you must fulfil.

You can upload further documents to support the application by clicking ‘Update’, then upload documents under the ‘Add Custom Documents’ heading.

Once you have uploaded and submitted the necessary information, fulfilling the conditional criteria, the institution will be alerted to review and update the application. The admissions officers may then send you an 'Unconditional Offer', request further information or documentation, or they may reject your application.

If you want to draw the institution's attention to your updated application, you can add an Application Note explaining that you have met the required conditions.
