Click on ‘Applications’ on the tab bar at the top of your screen. This tab will display a list of all the applications you have made through Centurus | ONE on behalf of your students.

Each new application (submitted application) will be delivered directly to the Centurus | ONE accounts of admissions officers at the corresponding institution.

Once they have assessed and processed the application, the admissions officer will make the decision to send the student a conditional or an unconditional offer, or to reject the application.

As the application is processed, it will progress from stage to stage; the ‘Status’ of the application will automatically update to inform you and the student which stage in the process the application has reached.




As Centurus | ONE manages the process from application to enrolment, you are required to continually collaborate with the institution in order to advance the progress of an application. To do this, you will need to 'Update' the application as required.




If your student is sent a ‘Conditional Offer’, you and the student will receive correspondence from the institution confirming the offer and outlining the necessary conditions which must be fulfilled before the application can be processed further.

By clicking the ‘Update’ button on the application, you can provide or upload the required information or documentation to support the application, such as recorded interview files.

If the student receives an ‘Unconditional Offer’, you or the student can ‘Update’ the application by making a deposit payment; once this action is completed, the institution must verify and approve the transaction.

Once the ‘Deposit Paid’ status is obtained, any further application updates will depend on whether your student must apply for a visa, and which type of visa they need (see ‘Responding to an Unconditional Offer’ Help article).

Throughout the process, a speech bubble on your ‘Dashboard’ and on the ‘Applications’ tab will draw your attention to applications which need to be reviewed and updated.


Each time you complete and submit a necessary update, the application will await further approval and processing by the admissions officer; at this stage, clicking ‘Update’ will confirm that no further action is yet required on your part.
