You will be alerted to new applications by a speech bubble icon on your Dashboard and Applications List; the status of the application will also be listed as ‘New Application’ until you update it.




To assess the application, simply click on the reference number in the first column of the application, which will take you to pages containing all the uploaded information and documentation to support that document.




Once you have assessed the application, you can click ‘Update’ and submit the decision to issue the student a conditional or an unconditional offer, or to reject the application. Centurus will automatically send the student (and agent, if they are using one) official correspondence confirming this decision and providing the relevant information.

As the application is processed, it will progress from stage to stage; the ‘Status’ of the application will automatically update to inform you, the student  and the agent which stage in the process the application has reached.

By clicking ‘My Account’ and then the sub-tab ‘Application Log’, you can view the dates and times individual applications were updated, and by which institution user.

After you update the status of the application, the student or their agent can address the required conditions, such as uploading recorded interview files or submitting a payment through the system.

The system manages every application process from initial Institution questions, to applicant interviews, tests and payments. If you click ‘Update’ on an application at any stage, the intuitive system will inform you what is required for that application to advance to the next stage in the admissions process.
