Once you have obtained the status ‘CAS/ or Visa Letter issued’, your chosen institution has completed processing your application and has sent your letter which will enable you to apply for a visa. The CAS letter should have been sent to the email account linked with your Centurus | ONE account. The letter will also be available to view when clicking on the blue reference number on your application.
Once you have received your CAS letter, you must follow the instructions provided in the email from your institution. This letter should be taken to the relevant authorities to process your visa.
It is very important that you update your institution with the outcome of your visa application as soon as possible. You can do this within Centurus | ONE by clicking ‘Update’, confirming the visa outcome and clicking ‘Submit’.
Once you have completed this stage, you, or your agent, can upload the details of your confirmed travel arrangements by clicking ‘Update’. Adding as much information as possible is very important as it enables your institution to track and support you through immigration.
