When an institution grants you an 'Unconditional Offer', you will be sent an email with your offer letter attached. The offer letter will also be stored within your account; you can view it by clicking on the blue reference number in the first column of your application.

If you wish to accept the offer, you, or your agent if you are using one, must send your deposit payment to the institution.

We believe Uni-Pay is the quickest, most convenient, and safest method to pay, if your chosen institution is registered to accept Uni-Pay payments. Once your application is at the ‘Unconditional Offer’ status, you can make your deposit payment via Uni-Pay by clicking on the ‘Update’ button on your application, which will display your unique Uni-Pay link and other payment options; this link and the other payment options will also be sent with your offer letter.

Once the deposit payment has been approved and recorded, the application status will automatically update to ‘Deposit Paid’.

No visa
At this point you must wait for the institution to update the application. If you are not applying for a visa, you can now click ‘Update’ to upload the details of your travel and arrival plans, which will enable the institution to track and support you through immigration.

Student Visitor visa
If you are studying as a Student Visitor, the institution may send your Sponsor letter after your deposit payment is approved. You must take these to the relevant authorities for processing. You must inform the institution of the outcome of your visa application by clicking 'Update'; if your visa is refused, the Sponsor letter may be reissued or withdrawn. If you are successful, you can click ‘Update’ on your application to upload the details of your travel and arrival plans, which will enable the institution to track and support your through immigration.

Tier 4 (general) visa
If you are applying for Tier 4 (general) visa, you may be sent your CAS letter after your deposit payment has been approved. Alternatively, your chosen institution may require you to provide financial evidence to support your application. By clicking ‘Update’, you can submit the necessary documentation. The institution will then be alerted to this update; if approved, they may send you a CAS letter.
