If an institution has issued a 'Conditional Offer', this means that your application has not yet met the full requirements for an 'Unconditional Offer'. The institution will send you correspondence confirming this offer, and outlining the necessary conditions you must fulfil. To view your offer letter, click on your application reference number on the 'My Applications' page.

To add more supporting documents requested by the institution, click on 'My Applications', and select the ‘Update’ button on the application. Here, you can provide the required information to support your application. If further documentation is needed, you can upload documents under the ‘Add Custom Documents’ heading.

Once you have uploaded and submitted the necessary information, fulfilling the conditional criteria, the institution will be alerted to review and process your application. The admissions officers may then send your student an 'Unconditional Offer', request further information or documentation, or they may reject your application.

If you want to draw the institution's attention to your updated application, you can add an 'Application Note' explaining that you have met the required conditions.
