To ensure that the applicant in engaged during the application process and safeguard against fraud, some institutions do not allow educational agents to upload entire applications on behalf of their students.


If your application’s status shows as ‘Incomplete Application’, you must upload the rest of your application information yourself before the application is submitted for processing.


To do this simply click ‘Update’ on the right hand side of your application and follow the instructions to provide the relevant details and documents in the required fields.




Once completed and the declaration is acknowledged, click submit. The admissions office at your chosen institution will be alerted and the application can be reviewed and processed. If the completed application is approved, they may then decide to send you a 'Conditional Offer' or an 'Unconditional Offer', or they may reject the application. You should be emailed when there is an application update, regularly check your 'junk and spam' email folders and regularly login to Centurus|ONE to check the status of your application.
