Should you wish to cancel an application, it is important that you update the institution on your decision immediately, so that they do not process your application any further or attempt to contact you.
At each stage of the application, by clicking ‘Update’, you can cancel your application, or your agent can do this on your behalf. Ensure that you provide a detailed explanation for the reason for your institution.

On the next page below, you can write the reason for cancelling your application and submit. This will automatically mark your application as cancelled.
